Property information
This traditional single storey fisherman’s cottage is on the shore of Kirkandrews Bay. It is beautifully situated by the sea and has views across to the lsle of Man and Wigtownshire.
The cottage has one twin and one double bedroom. There is a well furnished sitting room with a dining table and an open fire, a further sitting / reading room, bathroom with shower and bath, and a well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and automatic washing machine.
The cottage is reached by its own private road through the adjoining field and there is a fenced parking area beside the cottage in the enclosed garden.
Duvets and pillows are supplied and there is garden furniture and a BBQ in the log shed (linen is not supplied).
Booking information
The house is usually let on a weekly basis, from Friday to Friday from 3pm on the day of arrival to l0am on the day of departure. There are also short winter breaks available off season.
The price per week varies according to the season and a non-returnable deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The balance of rent is then payable six weeks before the start of your holiday.
The cost of running the electric storage heaters and fuel for the open fire is included in the rent. All other electricity is available by a £1 in the slot meter.
